Ampere EV’s High Voltage Junction Box Tester

Our Chief Engineer Lawson Sumner explains the operating procedure for our High Voltage Junction Box test fixture. This tester confirms proper power and sequencing for components in the junction box including the relays, contactors, resistors, etc. We assemble our HV Junction Boxes in-house, and use this system to test our junction boxes prior to packaging them into our Atom Drive Powertrain systems. This is just one of several validations we perform to ensure 100% operability when our customers install an Atom Drive System.
